I am Eric, and I started Delgo because I lived the problem I am solving.

Before Delgo, I was a VP at a credit fund where I built the data infrastructure that powered our investment decisions. I saw firsthand what happens when you take manual, error-prone processes and replace them with systems that run on their own. The team stopped chasing data and started making decisions. The impact was immediate and measurable.

But I also saw something else. The operators I worked with, the people actually running businesses, were drowning in the same repetitive work that technology had already solved. Missed calls. Manual document collection. Follow-ups that fell through the cracks. These were not technology companies with engineering teams. They were med spas, real estate brokerages, home service companies, aviation operators. They needed the same kind of automation, but nobody was building it for them.
